I am thrilled to hear from you!!!! Thank you so so much for your help. I was in Belfast some years ago & saw some examples of my grandfather's work. One of the lecturers at Queens University is a devotee of my grandfather & always speaks of his work when he does the History of Architecture in Northern Ireland. He would be most interested to contact you about my grandfather's work in case he doesn't know about the particular house you have mentioned. His name is Dr John Larmour at the Faculty of Architecture Queens University Belfast. Unfortunately your e-mail address is hidden otherwise I would contact you direct & urge you restore the house. Thank you very much for the leads re South America. I'm not sure how I can follow these up but I will try. I just don't know where he died & lists in the UK & Australia don't lead anywhere.
Warmest regards
Ann Forman Brown
