In my records I have a Josef Forman who married Alzebeta Vasickova. They lived in Grant County, WI. Alzebeta is comparable to Elizabeth in English. The masculine ending for Vasickova is Vasicek. Could this be the same person as Elizabeth Vaska? I have no records of siblings for Josef Forman. However, his children were Anna, Josef (who married Mary Volence), Katerina, Mary, Fanny (Frantiska), Frank (Frantisek). Josef Forman and Mary Volence had two children, Anne and Agnes. This family was active in the Cobb church. Josef and Alzebeta were godparents for 3 of Mathias (Matej) and Marie Straka's children who were batpized on 5-11-1890 and 4-26-1892. Does this fit into any of your information?

In the Blue River Valley Church cemetery there is a gravestone for Josef Forman (9-18-1825 - 8-1-1911 86th year). I do not find anything about them in the 1870 census.
