Traveled to burial site of John Wesley Forester, daughter Mary J. & wife Nancy Howard Forester. It is located at the Head Of Laurel Branch, Right Fork of Straight Creek in north/west Harlan County, KY. The graves are located on a beautiful wooded crest of a high mountain top, six miles off a paved road. Three tomstones are clearly readable. There might be one unmarked grave there, maybe two.
John Wesley's father, Jeremiah Forester and his grandfather, Jeremiah John Forester along with spouses are buried on the Skidmore Farm land in south Harlan (city) of Harlan Co., KY. The graves are clearly marked. Hope this helps someone. DD.
