I am the genealogist in the family and my husband is descended from Eli Forester, son of Francis.
Do you know if the connection with Francis is documented or his birth in VA? It seems very strange to me that none of his sons named their sons Francis, and the name Francis seems to totally disappear from the family. Though, both Havilo (Havilaw) and Eli named a son William, though that could be coincidental.
There are alot of researchers on this line. Surely we will be able to find something.
