You listing shows Benjamin Foreman, son of James and Rachel Mounts, married to Mary Vandiver. This is incorrect!!!

I have done considerable research on my 5th greatgrandfather Benjamin Forman 1745-1828. He died in Clark County Ohio. I don't know who his parents were for sure, but I do know that he wasn't James' and Rachel's son. Their Benjamin died sometime before 1826 when his wife Mary(not Vandiver) sued for her dower rights to property Benjamin owned in Berkeley County Va.

I can prove that my Benjamin was married second to Mary Vandiver. His first wife, I believe was Elsie Allen but don't have positive proof of that.

My Ben and his first wife had 3 daughters, Jane Foreman Spurgin, Grace Forman Gilkey and Elizabeth Forman Sweet.

He and Mary Vandiver had 4 sons, William, Thomas, John & Joseph, and 5 daughters, Susanna Forman Parks,Rachel Foreman Timmons, Mary Forman Oliver, Sarah Forman White, Catherine Foreman Hogge.

If you would like my proof, e-mail me.
