I want to find more info on my 2x great-grandfather, Elijah Fordham.
We only know that he married Sarah Rebecca Russell in Iowa CIty, IA
in 1859...another record shows 1862.
We do know that their son was George Willis Fordham (1863-1949).
I know all about his descendants, but not of Elijah.
Sarah may have passed in Formoso, Ks...
but again, no info on Elijah.
The name could also be spelled Elizus, or other variation.
