Have a Martin REDDINGTON in Griffiths land valuation record. Martin rented land in the townland of Tonagarraun, Annaghdown. Martin went on to marry a Bridget CAVANAGH. Martin died on 23 March 1889 in the townland of Tonegurrane. he was a 84 year old widower and peasant.
Martin Reddington and Bridget Cavanagh had the following issue:
Philip Reddington was born on the 9th of October 1835, James Morris and Honor Lyden were his sponsors.
Philip married a Sabina FORDE on the 23rd of February 1863. Sabina was from Crossroads. John Concannon and Margaret NEWEL were witnesses to the marriage.
Anne Reddington was born on the 25th of October 1840 and her sponsors were a John Lenard and Bridget Fahy.
Honor Reddington was born on the 23rd of December 1843 and william Ganahan and Mary Donellan were his sponsors.
All of the above leads to the Larner/Lardner Clan which then make their way to Philadelphia.
