Please see my previous post (1/18/99)which gives birth and immigration info. on my James FORDE. Lanark County 1871 Census lists FORDE men: William, Samuel, Thomas, and my James all living in No. Elmsley Township. James was wit. at marriage of Thomas FORDE to Margaret GASTON 24 Aug. 1837 and at marriage of William FORDE to Mary Margaret CONBOY on 6 May 1857. Seek contact with any descendents of these.
