Your information on Adam Colclough of Boley,Co.Wexford.
Adam married first, January 1701 Margaret Masterson of Moneyseed Co.Wexford,Margaret died 1716. Adam married as his second wife January 1720 Mary, daughter of Andrew Forde of Ballyfad,Co.Wexford,Adam Colclough died 10th March 1734.Will proved 6th August1735,having had issue by his second wife (who shortly afterwards married Dennis Dale of Coolgreaney,Co.Wexford Esq;)four sons and two daughters.
1.Anthony,Caesar,Adam,Thomas,Elinor all died young. Mary the youngest daughter who was a minor in 1743 married 2May 1777,Samuel Turner of Co.Wexford Esq;he was burned by the rebels in Scullabougue Barn, Co,Wexford in 1798.and there also was a Francis Turner who was barbarously murdered by the rebels at Eniscorthy on Whitsunday,28 May and his body was thrown into the fire and consumed.For a full Pedigree of the Forde family of Seaford and Coolgreaney,see the History ofthe Landed Gentry by Sir Bernard Burke Ulster King of Arms 1871.
