On the report I got from the East Galway Family History Center, they listed the following Patrick Fordes:
Patrick Forde & Bridget Forde had a child named Martin on October 25, 1860, baptised in the parish of Beagh on October 26, 1860, godparents Patrick Shaughnessy and Mary Skerry.
Patrick Forde & Anne Loughnana had a child named Martin On October 27, 1870, baptised in the parish of Kilchreest on November 4, 1870, godparents John Rooney and Margaret Stafford; another variation on this birth record was also included: Child Martin born to Patrick Forde & Anne Loughnane on December 16, 1870 in Illerton, Castleboy, district of Loughrea (Kilchreest).
Patrick Ford and Catherine Keave had a son named Martin on January 2, 1860, baptised in the parish of Loughrea on February 2, 1860, godparents Michael Boyle and Nappy Forde. (This one is probably related to my Fordes who are from Abbey/Duniry not far from Loughrea).
There is also a birth record for a child named Martin, born to Patrick Ford and Mary Kenny on April 6, 1869 in Druight Kilmeen, district of Bullan (Killeenadeema).
Another birth record said: Child Martin born to Patrick Forde & Bridget Bryan on May 31, 1865 in Nutgrove, district of Portumna (Tynagh)
Another birth record said: Child Martin born to Patrick Forde and Winifred Burke on November 15, 1865 in Rayhan, district of Portumna (Tynagh).
Hope this gives you some leads. Some of these people may be in my Forde line, some not. Won't know for a while.
