I have been looking for Tolbert's father for 10 years with no luck at all. Tolbert, sometimes called Tobe, married Mary Ann Harbor on Nov 29, 1855 in Noxubee Co., Miss.
She was born Oct 1837 Noxubee Co, Miss., and died Dec 23, 1914 in Taylor Co., Texas. Tolbert died between 1880-1900. Don't know where. They were in Rankin County, Alabama in June, 1860, then to Mississippi, and in abt 1870 they went to Cooke County, Texas. Family was there in 1880 census.
