I have for many years tried to connect the Hiram McCormick
(Shoemaker) mostly in Newark, NJ and many of that line in Burlington, with my Hiram McCormick.
I have a card dated 1888 that states a church meeting at city hall, Burlington. NJ. This cards are usually put in seat at church.
My ggfather Rev. William Henry McCormick was born 1832 Morristown, NJ. He married a Josephine Force about 1855 (New Dover or Warren Co.) being he was stationed in Warren Co. at that time. I had a whole line of Force at one time but can't put my hand on it at this time. Is their any way you can connect me with the McCormick line in Burlington being my ggmother is Josephine Force.
I'm mentioning children Of Josephine & William if any help.
Rev. Charles Wesley,NJ, William of Burlington,VT.
Dr. Herbert Vincent, SI, NY, Arthur LaRue, Sarah, Anna Martin & Samuel Smith-- all of Jersey City in 1900. Julia & Osborne died at a young ageIf you can't help me maybe you can give me a suggestion as to who to contact,
Thanks, Justine McCormick
