Am a great-great-granddaughter of a Rufus Norton FORBUSH who married Angeline Hunt Snelling...they were the parents of my paternal geat-grandmother, Angeline Snelling Forbush Cummings......I found some documentation of a Rufus Norton Forbush born in Vermont but do not know if this is the same one. I keep hitting dead ends...I do know he was desecnded from a Lord Forbes of Scotland who had married into the Scottish royal family many, many centuries ago...sound familiar to anyone?
