Pam,
There was a pioneer named Hugh Forbes in Fayette Co KY in the 1780s. That may be a place to start. I am looking for the parents of Mary Forbes, born circa 1775. She married Allen McGuire in Lexington KY (Fayette Co) in 1795, and I have wondered if she were the daughter of Hugh. We should try to find a will! Barbara
