Sounds like the family of John Forbes + wife Agnes or
Agness--they had at least 3 descendants who m. a Wray.
John was probably b. 1758 in Fluvanna Co Va and moved
to Franklin sometime around 1800. He was deceased by
1826 when his daughter m. my GGGF Anselm Wright.
Agness lived out her life in Franklin. John may have
had a previous wife. You can find some information on
them @ rootsweb, but I don't see a connection to your
line with a brief search.
