Ms Burton--if your Mahala Forbes had siblings that may have moved to Mississippi or Arkansas, I would like to correspond with you. My g grandfather Isaac Moses Forbes came to Choctaw County, Miss. in mid 1800's. He had, prior to this, been a RR Engineer on the Iron Mountain RR in Arkansas. I have no leads as to where he and a brother Allan Forbes came from.
