There could be a definate connection from both the Forbes and Parker surnames. I have been out of touch with my genealogy research since returning to Kansas from Mississippi. If you will trust me with your e-mail address and give me time to review what I have I will forward what information I have as soon as possible. We have quite a background on the Forbes family going back to the 1600's though some of the names and dates have not been confirmed. On the Parker side I have hit a dead end with my Great Grandfather and have not been able to get any information on him. I will also forward this to my cousin in Atlanta who has done most of the research on the Forbes side. Please let me hear from you so we can keep in touch and hopefully communicate on the genealogy findings.
