Don't know if this is of any value or not, you be the judge.

I have a 1860 census for Vermilion County, Illinois and there is a Silas Forbes listed. He is 27 years old from Indiana. His wife is Roseanna 22, daughter Henrietta 4 and son John N. who is two. His father, or at least an assumption, is Hugh S, 63 from Kentucky. Both males are listed as farmers.

I am also related to the Forbes from Connecticut and just wondered if this family listed were of some relation?
