First, please see my follow-up to Forbes of Kinnelar Parish, Aberdeen, as I would appreciate all help on this branch of my family.
I have all the records regarding his Portuguese descendants and some on his English descendants. He married Anna Joaquina de Portugal and had 3 legitimate daughters and 1 illegitimate son who he recognised and from whom I am descended. One of his daughters married a Portuguese nobleman, Albuquerque da Casa da Insua; another married a Englishman by the name of Frazier and the other daughter also married a Portuguese named Portugal.
I would be happy to supply this information to anyone who might be interested in my branch.
