THE Rev. H.L. FOOTE, late of Trinity Church, San Francisco, has accepted a call to St. John’s Church in this city, and will be installed tomorrow, by the Bishop of the diocese, according to the officers of the Church. This parish has been without a Rector since the resignation of the Rev. Mr. BIRDSALL. The office for the “institution of ministers” will be performed at the morning service. This occasion is one of peculiar interest, as the service is one that is rarely used.
