I am aware that several members of the Foote Assoc went as a group to England several years ago and with a guide there visited home sites, church sites, and saw the apprenticeship of Nathaniel Foote the Settler in London archives. I am a little confused about the newer information...whether this should be Colchester or Shalford.
I hoped to be able to duplicate the route you took. Can anyone tell me the name of the guide who assisted you ?
Or does anyone have the information on how I might do this ? We would be so grateful. Our family is giving this once in a lifetime gift to us and we want to make it as worthwhile as we can.

PS: I am descended from Nathaniel Foote through my paternal grandmother, Hazel Evelyn Foote, Foote Book Vol
1, #5033. Her eldest son, Johnnie Boswell, was my father.
