HI. I have some information on a Hon. Alonzo "Lon" Eugene Foote of Lincoln Co., Colorado. Lon had a brother by the name of Pearl who lived in Elbert Co,. Colorado. at the time of Lon's death in Nov. 1910.
Alonzo E, Foote was born in PA on 2/28/1856. He died of typhoid fever. He leaves a wife - Sarah "Sade" Connolly Foote, four children--one girl and 3 boys and a brother, Pearl to mourn.
One son was Marion. From articles written, the wife is a step-mother to Marion (age 18 as per a 1900 Lincoln Co., CO census). On the same 1900 census, there is a Eva J., age 12 shown as step daughter. to Mr. Foot. I have no information for the other 2 boys.
If anyone has information on Alonzo Eugune "Lon" Foote and specifically on Sarah "Sade" Connolly Foote, please reply.
