I do not find a Joanna Foote being a daughter of Nathaniel Foote and Elizabeth Deming. However, here is what I found in Vol. I of the Foote History.
John, b. Dec. 18, 1661; m. November. 29, 1683, Joanna, dau. of Joseph and Joanna Kellogg, of Hadley, Mass. She was b. Dec. 8, 1664, d. [?]. (Page 25)
John was son of Rebecca, b. Abt. 1634. Rebecca was dau. Of Nathaniel Foote and Elizabeth Deming. (Page 25)
Also there is a Joseph Kellogg, b. November. 8, 1691, who had a sister, Joanna, b. Feb. 8, 1693. They are children of Sarah Foote, b. [?], and Martin Kellogg. (Page 24)
Sarah is the daughter of Frances Foote, b. 1629, and John Dickenson.
Frances and Rebecca were sisters.

I know the birth/death dates to not agree for Joanna. The above information was the closest I could come. I hope this will help clear things up for you. If you wish to pursue this further, just let me know via e-mail.
