The Connecticut connection is as follows. Her son Walter LEDUC registered for the US drafts in both World Wars. He listed his birthplace as Stafford Springs CT. We see his marriage 19 Aug 1912 at St.-Cécile-de-Milton, so perhaps he was unaware of his birthplace or else he misconstrued the Registration question. Walter LEDUC had four children, all born in my home town of West Springfield MA. One of his daughters married my 1st cousin Alfred J. PROVOST.
