It occurred to me that I may have placed this message in the wrong place for you to get it. So let me try again.
You also might want to check out Isaac H. Fonda, who was a contemporary of Isaac I. Fonda and Isaac Deuwese Fonda. Both Isaac H Fonda and Isaac I. Fonda served in the 12th Regiment of the Albany County Militia. Isaac Deuwese Fonda served in the 13th Regiment of the Albany County Militia, as did most of the young men who lived in the Saratoga District.
Just for giggles I checked the index of Family Tree Maker's CD ROM #132. It lists the following adult male Fondas in New York State at the time of the Revolution.
