Dear Debra, You have done so much work on the Followells and it is good to see so much info on the families pieced together.
I think though that Winnifred Followell that married Lewis Payton died in Elizabeth, Harrison Co., IN as that is where the family lived and where Lewis is buried.
You mention that she was adopted and give the name Bluford with her name. I have heard this before but do you have any documentation on this or further information of a source?
