I am researching an Arthur Folkard born 1836 Brighton, a retired Ceylon civil servant in 1891. Are we talking about the same man perhaps? I know little about him except he was living with my great grandmother, Bessie Benning in 1891. He had been married, to Frances Sullivan, but not with her in 1891.
