Hi Chris, Just ran across your query of 2002. You probably have already received the following info from someone else, but just in case, here is what I found on Ancestry.com: 1910 United States Federal Census Record Name: Agne (sic) Foytik [Ignac Fojtik] Age in 1910: 48 Estimated birth year: abt 1862 Birthplace: Austria Relation to Head of House: Head Father's Birth Place: Austria Mother's Birth Place: Austria Spouse's Name: Agnes Home in 1910: Justice Precinct 4, Wharton, Texas Marital Status: Married Race: White Gender: Male Year of Immigration: 1871 Household Members: Name Age Agne Foytik 48 Agnes Foytik 43 Agnes Foytik 18 August Foytik 17 Granris Foytik 15 Julius Foytik 14 Agnes Foytik 12 Albert Foytik 9 Lani Foytik 6 Philip Foytik 3 Source Citation: Year: 1910; Census Place: Justice Precinct 4, Wharton, Texas; Roll: T624_1600; Page: 14A; Enumeration District: 166; Image: 287. Note the three Agnes names. Agnes 18 must have died young and they may then have used the name again. This was often what parents did in those days. Hope this helps.
