Check this link http://www.genealogyforum.com/messages/genbbs.cgi/New/20849 to get ordering directions for the CD. Geoff Whitten, the author's son, arranged for the CD and is distributing it. As a sampler, I searched for Sumners who might be your grandfather. I found what looks like a possible candidate family:

Clarence Francis Fogg (9 Jul 1887 - Feb 1950/51) was the son of Melvin A, who was the son of Elias H, sone of John, Son of Stephen, son of Stephen, son of James, son of James, who was the son of Samuel, the original immigrant ancestor.
Clarence's children were
Doris Elmore, b 29 Feb 1908
Helen Etta, b 29 Feb 1908
Aleta Wallace, b 3 Jul 1909
Ernest Eugene, b 14 Sep 1910
Orrin Nathaniel, b 27 Mar 1913
Kenneth Wilson, b 7 Mar 1914
Stanley Francis, b 7 Jun 1915
James Melvin, b 14 Oct 1918
Dana Earl, b 19 Oct 1919
Sumner Gordon, b 14 Mar 1922
Donald Leroy, b 14 Mar 1922
Winthrop Louis, b 20 Mar 1924
Clarence Francis, b 7 Aug 1926
Herbert Ralph, b 22 Dec 1927
Rebecca Pearl, b 17 Feb 1928
Barbara Josephine, b 6 Mar 1929

That's only two sets of twins, but Clarence, Herbert, and Rebecca were all born in Niagara Falls, and in 1971 their mother was living in Lockport. There's a little more information about that family and the whole trail back to Samuel.

Sumner Gordon is listed as having children Gordon Francis and Susan. Birth dates are listed and Gordon is said to be married as of the book's publication in 1976. There isn't any more about subsequent generations, but an update to the book with lots more information has been promised for a couple of years.

Interestingly, of the few other Sumners recorded, another one was part of a family laden with twins, though that Sumner was not one himself.
Simon Fogg (son of James, son of James, son of Daniel, son of Samuel) (8 Feb 1777 - 30 Oct 1853) had nine children:
Cyrus, b. 13 Jun 1803
Simon, b 7 Apr 1805
Daniel, b 28 May 1808
Lydia, b 28 May 1808
Sumner, b 30 Aug 1810
John L, b 2 May 1813
Mary Ann, b 2 May 1813
Moses, b 30 Aug 1817
Aaron, b 30 Aug 1817
