Found in Houston , Mo paper:
James Robert Foard and Miss Thelma Hines, both of Summersville, surprised their many friends by motoring over to Houston, Saturday, June 18th, 1938, and being married.
Rev. Probst performed the ceremony which united this young couple for life. Robert is a graduate of Summersville High School and is a fine young man. He is the son of Mr and Mrs Marvin Foard, and in selecting Miss Hines for a life companion, he has made a wise choice.
This is not my line- was at the bottom of a page that I had copied from an old newspaper. Hopes it helps someone.
