I searched this forum for the two words "disk full" and found

It says you have to either create a partition that is under 2 GB or use some sort of external media that is smaller than 2 GB. If you have an old 1 GB thumb drive - maybe a memory card from an ancient digital camera, up in the attic? or a ZIP drive, you may be able to export your GEDCOM.
