John,

Genealogy.com stopped all support for Family Origins in 2003 and this includes home page support of any kind and it was "frozen" at that time. This message board is not monitored by by Genealogy.com support so they will not see your message. You might try this: At the top right of this page is a Help link. This brings up a "knowledge base" page. At the top left is an "E-mail Genealogy.com" link. Click that and you will see a form to submit. Tell them to remove the home page. If you get any response it will be a miracle.

In case you haven't heard, Version 10 was the final version of Family Origins. The author of Family Origins has a new program now in it's third year called RootsMagic and well received. Genealogy.com has *no* involvement. It will transfer your FO files and has many features not found in FO and great support. The user interface is similar to FO. To learn more go to http://www.rootsmagic.com/.
