Looking for information on a Thomas Flynn, born abt. 1812, a sea captain from County Cork who left Ireland and went to New Orleans where he married Johanna Quinn. He ran a coffee house there. Family says his father (either Thomas or John) was a ship builder in Ireland. Thomas & Johanna had 4 sons, Thomas (who died early), John Quincy who was a lawyer, William Henry who was an accountant, and George Washington who was a lawyer. All lived in New Orleans. John Q. moved to New York 1900's.
