The Chickamauga Fly's

Sorry to be gone for so long. I've been a little busy trying to stay alive. Two back
surgery's and two brain surgery's in ten months is not exactly conducive to health and life. However, I've learned a great deal this past year about what is really important in this passage that we call - life. Wow! could I ever do some wisdom teaching to some of the people on this forum. I learned a whole lot about the importance of loving and being loved by a wonderful family, and forgiving and being forgiven. My point? Forgive, accept the meaningless little flaws in one another, and for God's sake - Learn to love!
This is going to be a short note as I can not
sit for very long. Yes - I am Chickamauga Cherokee, 1/64 degree. Yes - I do have a card. The Chickamauga Cherokee Nation is located in Fair Play, Missouri. The chief is Don Coones. His wife, Pam is a Fly descendant (the younger Asher Pipkin Fly). I had to provide proof (birth and death cert.) back to the older Asher Pipkin Fly, born 1804. He was my ggg grandfather. I have a great deal of history on the Chickamauga Tribe that I will be glad to share at a later time. Also, there is a good deal of info on this tribe in the book, John Brown's "Old Frontier". This is a very thick book, but worth the read. Now, I am not going to argue with anyone about this so don't even go there. More later - if you like. Love to all of you, Shari
