I am looking for information on a Mary Elizabeth Flurry . She is buried in Marion county Alabama in a place called Guin. She married J.W. (Jackson) Berryhill.
I was intrigued by your post because I seem to have hit a brick wall on these family members. I don't know much about Mary Elizabeth Flurry. I know her father's name was E.D. Flurry and her mother was Sallie Foster. Sallie Foster was a Cherokee Indian with a roll number on the Guion Miller roll. I have a photo of Mary Elizabeth Flurry and she looks Native American. If you think she is related to your Flurry's or Berryhill's or if you want to compare information please E-mail me at

Thanks,
Lynn
