Fluke/Kemberling 50th anniversary

Anniversaries Fluke

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth P. Fluke of 119 26th Ave. will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday.
Mr. Fluke and the former Audrey M. Kemberling were married June 26, 1943, at the Trinity Reform Church.
An open house will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at their home. The couple request no gifts.
They have a daughter, Sandra K. Kelley of Altoona and a grandson.
Mr. Fluke retired as a clerk from the Altoona Post Office in 1981, after 30 years’ service.
Mrs. Fluke had been employed as a beautician at Meyer Jonasson’s.
The couple are members of Christ Second Lutheran Church. They both serve at the Altoona Food Bank and Altoona Area High School Alumni Association.
Mr. Fluke is a member of Mountain Lodge 281, Altoona Consistory, Jaffa Shrine Temple, Jaffa Drum and Bugle Corps and Usher’s Club and Tall Cedars of Lebanon.
Mrs. Fluke is a member of the Delphi Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.
