Truest answer would be "nobody knows." However ...
Barring some unforeseen complication, Daniel must be a son of either Noah FLUHARTY (c1749-c1805) or Stephen FLUHARTY (c1753-1825). There's nothing to suggest he's a son of James FLUHARTY (c1751-1822) or of Massy FLUHART (1755/56-1841). His death record names "Stephen & Rebecca" as parents; after 40 years of study I still don't know if the information is dependable. Even so, unless there is something we don't know about, the mother's given name would appear to be wrong on the record.
Mary HAUGHT is slightly easier. Again, barring some unforeseen complication, she must be a daughter of either Peter HAUGHT (1755-1853) or of his brother John HAUGHT (c1760?-aft 1817). She was not a daughter of their brother Jacob HAUGHT (c1766-aft 1850), and there's really nowhere else for her to go in the HAUGHT group (she says on her 1812 widow's pension application that her name before marriage was HAUGHT). But there is no full record of either of these HAUGHT families. I tend to think she was John's daughter but have not the slightest idea to which family she really belongs.
Both of these ID problems seem unlikely ever to be solved satisfactorily.
