I too would like to be added to a list. I am the daughter of Anne (originally Anna) Ellen Fluckey Lindseth who related the story of the Hessian soldier who transferred to the American side and cut George Washington's waistcoat. Apparently there were two pairs of shears and my mother told of two aunts -- great-aunts? -- who fought over which had the shears that cut the clothes for George Washington.
How do we find other stories? And links?
