I am looking for the father of Charles Floyd. Charles was married to Rebecca Moody and had three children, John Gilliam Floyd, William Joseph Floyd, and Mary Ann Jones Floyd. He lived in Brunswick Co and Greensvill Co Va and in Northampton Co NC. He appears to have served in the War of 1812 and the last I find of him is in the 1820 NC census. He is still alive in Jan of 1830 because he is mentioned in a gift from his mother in law. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
