For a long time I have been trying to break a brick wall, My bgg grandfather LEVI PEAS, Levi was born In FEB. 1935 I do not know where although in the 1860 census, he said New Jersey. In 1854 he wasa married to Hester Barnes in Pike county, ILLINOIS, they raised 7 children. Levi died in narch of870.
Levi left his 40 acre farm in HGadley Townbship, pike county IL. In his will hew left trhe land to Hester BUT the deed was held by ABRAHAN C. FLOYD. Can someone help me, please?
