RICHARD FLOYD
He was said to tell this of his history...
He was borned in 1847 ballard co.,ky.
wife's : name unknown
family: daughter named DAISY LEE FLOYD born abt: 1870 to maybe abt: 1880
He was a very respectable young man,own alot of land,
very well to do...
He killed a man for reasons of his own and took his family
and moved to Missouri where he raised another family...
I don't know if he change his name to Floyd or if it was his real name from Kentucky before his move...
I can't find any birth imformation other then Ballard Ky.,
I can't find the name of his wife , the mother of his daughter,or if she moved with him to mo. , her death ,their marriage, or anything about her history...
I can't find anything on his daughter's birth in ky. but mo. 1920 census says she was born in ky....she died in mo. 1923 , cause by being struck by lightening....
Y ou would think that if a well to do man kills someone then leaves town that their would be something in the newspaper or records somewhere about him...
Did he change the family name do you think is that why i cannot find anything on him???
I have checked and rechecked everything and everywhere for imformation, if this rings a bell to you please let me hear from you.
