James B. Floyd of the 1860 Wise Co TX Census is also my great great grandfather. My great Grandfather is Robert Wesley Floyd, his family is listed on the Wise Co. 1880 Census. My grandfather is William Robert Floyd, listed as one year old in 1880.
Have you found any info on James B. I have an aunt believes Charles Floyd b. 1789 in Newberry District (96) South Carolina is his father but I haven't been able to establish the connection. Charles was the son of John (Captain) Floyd b. Oct 28, 1758 in Mecklenburg Co, Virginia.
