Hello again, Janice,
I suggest you get a copy of that marriage certificate which will give you both Carrie and Russell's parents' names. I cannot search after the 1930 US census and have checked the FLORYs who lived in and around State College, PA area and no one was marked as being of Indian descent. You could also do some research about what Indian tribes lived in that area for some time to see if there are any clues there.
