Thanks for the reply,Arcena's mother was according to the will of her fathers Milberry ,I have seen it as Permilia on a receipt in the will packet of Joseph Campbell ,but all census says Milly. I did see something last night that a cousin sent me. Oct 25 1837 Josiah Howell of Monroe co Ky sold Alford A Brevard of Smith Co ,land in Smith co...wits Moses and Abner C Rhodes...Arcena sister Emiline married Thomas Jefferson Howell son of Josiah in 1831,Her sister Permilia married Wylie Howell Jr. 1836,Those marriages in Smith co Tn .Their sister Hanna B married Timothy W Howell 1848 Oregon Co Mo,and a possible relative Susan Campbell ,daughter of Robert E campbell, married Eason C Howell 1846 Oregon Co Mo. This is why I keep looking at this Arcena in Monroe Co Ky.. I have looked at the 1840 for Milton and he has 2 in household about the same age in Monroe Co..So I believe he was already married .Did she come to Mo just to have her first child? I have no clue .I am still nosing around hoping someone can find a marriage record but I really think they married in either Smith co Tn or Monroe Co Ky.Did he have relatives in Arkansas ? I have seen Flippin there but also in Smith co Tn. Keep me in mind and I will do the same Thanks Charlene
