Dale, of Matoon, Ill.; J. Clifford Richardson, of St. Louis; and Rockwell J. Flint, of Menominee, Wisc., members of the Crow Indian commission in Montana, under the act of September 25, 1890, with compensation of $10 a day and expenses. The secretary and the commissioner of Indian affairs have approved the course of Mr. Hall, and they are determined that some concerted action shall be taken to carry out their ideas of what should be done with the Chippewas. ...
