Peter, I found some interesting Putnam/Flint/Webber narratives regarding the Salem Witch trials - I'm of Webber/Flint/Putnam/Bennett lines in Salem and further spread out through New England, Maine, and Massachusetts - many times over - based on what I can figure we are married in many times over. Samuel Webber was called back from Maine to testify againgst Rev. Burroughs based on "hysterical" teenagers which were cousins on the Putnum side "thankfully, not my line." Which captulalized the whole split between Salem and Salem Village. No doubt, my Webbers wanted to split town and removed to Maine as did Flint's, and other Salem villagers.

Yes I know I am talking a few families here - still tryig to piece all of this together.

I have cause to believe that my relations are related to Richard Bennett of Salem - indirectly, and that his Nephew Anthony was my direct ancestor who may have come over with a Richard Window, Windowe, Winthrop? But was charged to his Uncle Anthony of Salem.

I'm a married and born in cousin several times to myself if all of these records play out - and you would be a direct offshoot.

Karen
