My appologies for the slow response.I would be interested to hear of the references you have found.

Herbert's parents were Francis Flint (1835-1891) & Sarah Elizabeth Flint(nee Dancy) (1840-1929). Both were born in England.

Their children were:
-Claudia Flint (1860-)
-Herbert Longley Flint* (1862-) Born Canada.
-Prof. Nott William Flint (1869-1906) Born Chicago
-Prof. Joseph Marshall Flint (1872-1944) Born Chicago
-Adora Flint (1879-1953)Born Chicago

Any information on the above would be greatly appreciated.
