Congratulations June, that is a great breakthrough indeed. I have no information on the page family. I find no connection to Pages in VT, but then, I have not looked for them either. There are a lot of Flings in VT and on the other side of the river in NH, right along the CT river. I wonder if any of them are connected to WM of Londonderry? Some of them come from CT, and I have traced them, and at least one, Nathan was born in Maine, lived near the other Flings in Cheshire Co. (he is listed in 1800 census) for a while and then went back to Maine, where he and his wife Judith had more children. There is a Nathan listed again in VT, Orange Co. in 1820...I don't know for sure if the later one is the same Nathan.
The puzzle to me is where did William come from. Like our Patrick, he just shows up, a bit later than Patrick, and he was younger, but no clue I have found to his origins. Good luck, and I will keep my eyes open for your Page family in VT. Margaret
