I am one of 4 individuals with matching DNA 67/67 in the Moses line. My paper trail goes to my gg David Fletcher born 1784 plus or minus 1 year(census). We suspect his father is George Fletcher, and we have tracked our ancestors to have been in Lee Co., Virginia around mid 1750 to 1810, where they migrated to Franklin co., Indiana and then to Ray Co., Missouri, and then on to Texas. We Cannot confirm a connection between David Fletcher and any George Fletcher except some matching tax information and several family trees none of which have sources and are not consistant. It appears a real strong possibility a George that belonged to the Thompson Settlement Baptist Church from 1800 to 1812? Do you have any information on a George and his family, such as the two Georges in these messages. I know one of them is the son of Moses Fletcher. If I could get names of their children, maybe David is among them.
Thanks Tom Fletcher
