Colonial Charles City County,Virginia Fletcher families

I have been researching the colonial period archives for FLETCHER families around the James River in the area that became Brunswick/Surry/Amelia.

In the 1677-1679 era are listed some FLETCHER's which I can not identify:

JUNE 1678 Charles City County court at Westover:" JUDGEMENT granted Col.JOHN EPPES against the estate of JOHN FLETCHER June 1678 at Charles City County deceased for 11.oo lbs of tobacco which appears due, Alice executrix."

April Court at Westover 03 April 1679: "Mr.Charles Dyes pititioner vs. MARSHALL FLETCHER left, the Sherriff, not taking security a judgement was granted against the Sherriff for 14.81; pounds tobacco confirmed."

October 1679: "will, granted to VM GARDNER in right of his wife on the estate of Marshall Fletcher with security."

These records contain many accounts of the DUKE family which were known to be connected to James Fletcher who died 1733 in Brunswick, married Adkin in Charles City County,Virginia.

The Gardner/Gardiner families were before found in Accomack Virginia but later in history were quite prolific in the Fauquir Va area.
Can anyone identify this JOHN,& MARSHALL FLETCHER colonial period Northern Neck Virginia?

Thanks, Nadine
